1. Data controller
Blend Technology is responsible for Blend GLP. For privacy matters, email suporte@blendtecnologia.com.br.
2. Data kept on the device
Local name, treatments, medications, doses, applications, application sites, weight, goals, stock, preferences and reminders are stored on the device. The app may read weight from Apple Health with explicit permission. Blend GLP does not send these records to Firebase.
3. Account data
Firebase Authentication keeps an account identifier and, when provided, display name, email and linked providers. A permanent account is optional and local features remain available without one.
4. Usage and diagnostics
When authorized, generic usage events may record screens and completed action categories without medication, dose, weight, clinical dates, notes or record identifiers. Diagnostics may include technical crash information, device model, operating system and technical app state.
5. External services
The app may use Firebase Authentication for the optional account, Firebase Analytics for generic metrics, Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, Firebase Remote Config for presentation settings, Apple Health for optional weight reading and local system notifications. Blend does not sell data or use health information for advertising.
6. Your choices
You may decline Apple Health and notifications without losing core features. Under Privacy and data in the app, you can change metrics and diagnostics collection, delete the remote account and erase local data.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until erased in the app or the app is removed. Account data remains while the account exists. Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication record. Remote account deletion and local data deletion are separate actions.
8. Security and children
We use encrypted connections, access controls and data minimization. Blend GLP is not directed at children and should be used with appropriate supervision when required.
