1. Data controller

2. Treatment data and synchronization
Name, treatments, medications, doses, applications, application sites, weight, goals, stock, preferences and reminders are stored on the device. Without a remote account, these records stay local only. When you create or sign in to a permanent account, the data is synchronized with a remote storage service for backup, recovery and use across your devices. The app may read weight from Apple Health with explicit permission.
3. Account data
A permanent account is optional: the app works locally without remote authentication and does not create an anonymous session. When you register or sign in, the authentication service keeps an account identifier and, when provided, display name, email and linked providers.
4. Usage and diagnostics
When authorized, generic usage events may record screens and completed action categories without medication, dose, weight, clinical dates, notes or record identifiers. Diagnostics may include technical crash information, device model, operating system and technical app state.
5. External services
The app uses account authentication to identify the private synchronization space and remote storage to keep data snapshots. It may also use usage metrics collection, crash diagnostics reports and remote presentation settings, Apple Health for optional weight reading and local system notifications. Blend does not sell data or use health information for advertising.
6. Your choices
You may decline Apple Health and notifications without losing core features. Under Privacy and data in the app, you can change metrics and diagnostics collection, delete the remote account and erase local data.
7. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until erased in the app or the app is removed. Cloud snapshots remain while your remote account exists. Account deletion removes the authentication record and its cloud snapshots; erasing only local data does not delete the remote copy. You can also request account deletion on this website.
8. Security and children
We use encrypted connections, access controls and data minimization. Blend GLP is not directed at children and should be used with appropriate supervision when required.
